Auvyra License

The same rules in plain language are in the trademark and copyright rules.

This license is the MIT License with conditions 2 to 5 added. Because of those conditions it is not the MIT License, and must not be described as the MIT License.

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the following conditions:

1. Notices. The above copyright notice and this permission notice shall be included in all copies or substantial portions of the Software.

2. Product name. The Software, and any modified version of it, must keep the product name "Auvyra" wherever the Software shows its product name, and must be distributed, offered and described under that name. You may not rename it, or offer it under a different product name.

3. Modified versions. If you distribute or offer a modified version to others, you must state clearly, wherever you offer it and in its documentation, that it has been modified, who modified it, and that it is not an official release from SkyBlox Systems LTD. The wording "Auvyra, modified by [your name]" meets the first two of these requirements.

4. What is not renaming. The name, logo and branding of a radio station or website run using the Software are not a renaming of the Software, and neither is hiding the "Powered by Auvyra" credit on such a website. Copying individual files or components into a different product is not a renaming, provided that condition 1 is met and that product is not presented as Auvyra.

5. Trademarks. Except for the use that conditions 2 and 3 require, this license grants no rights in the Auvyra name or logo. Those rights are described in the TRADEMARKS.md file provided with the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
