Privacy

This covers auvyra.org and docs.auvyra.org, run by SkyBlox Systems LTD. It does not cover radio stations that run Auvyra themselves. Each of those is responsible for its own listeners' data.

Reading the site

We don't use analytics, adverts or tracking cookies. Our server keeps the usual short-lived logs of requests to keep the site running.

Signing up for testing

When you sign up, we keep your name and email address, the invite code you used, if any, and anything else you choose to tell us: your station, whether you run AzuraCast, and your note.

We use it to run testing and to email you about it, and for nothing else. We don't send newsletters from this list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone.

We delete the list when testing ends, unless you're still testing with us. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Our emails

When you sign up for public testing, we email you a link to confirm it was you. If nobody confirms within a week, we delete the sign-up. Private testers get an email with the install link and their invite code.

After that, we only email you about testing, such as when public testing opens or a new test build is ready. Every one of those emails has a link to leave the list, which deletes your details straight away.

Our emails are sent through Microsoft 365, which handles them for us. We keep a record of what we sent, and to whom, for 30 days, so we can tell if something didn't arrive.

Seeing or deleting your details

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
